No refund or exchange after 72 hours of receiving the order due to hygiene reasons. In case of receiving a damaged or defected or incorrect order will be refunded in full to your original method or payment.
Any returned or exchanged products MUST BE UNWORN and with tags on.
If the tag on the product is removed for any reason, you couldn’t return or exchange this product even before the 72 hours.
In case of refund, if you paid via debit/credit card; the transaction money will be refunded to your bank account after 14 working days.
In case of refund or exchange, please place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies.
You are responsible for the shipping fees once more if you refunded or exchanged any product.
